Heat Exchanger Platesposted on 13 June 2017 | posted in Heat Exchanger Plates
A local distillery got in touch & asked if we could look at cleaning the carbon deposits left on their heat exchanger plates. This was previously carried out using ultra high pressure water jets which damaged the rubber seals on the plates. Dry ice removed the carbon deposits without damaging the rubber seals saving the distillery time & money replacing them. This job was done in half the time it took using the previous method.
